KMM Building

Located facing the JR Kokura Station north exit plaza and linked to the station via pedestrian walkway (sky walkway), this highly convenient business center building is representative of the great potential of the Kitakyushu area.

  1. These offices accommodate multiple tenants (approximately 70), particularly sales offices and branches of companies where employees make the rounds outdoors, such as insurance and pharmaceutical companies. At present these are operating at a consistent 90% capacity.
  2. Together with companies in the area managing entire buildings, we have secured parking facilities in the vicinity as part of leasing strategies
  3. These properties have excellent specifications despite their age (nearly 30 years old), and we have plans for adding value through additional investment to renovate entrances and common areas of floors. Our objective is to contribute to the enhanced dynamism of the JR Kokura station north exit.
