Shopping Center UTO Project

GCM promoted the renovation project of a mall in the suburb of Kumamoto City into a community-based, large-scale retail mall through value-enhancing investment.

  1. GCM acquired the largest shopping center in southern Kumamoto Prefecture with a major retail chain, a major local home improvement store and an amusement facility as anchor tenants
  2. Additional investment in the community-based mall that is supported by a robust local trading sphere will contribute to the local community
  3. Community-based mall renovation project is realized by partnering with one of Kyushu’s top shopping mall management companies for planning, management and tenant leasing
