Employed at Fukuoka Realty Co., Ltd. from 2004 to June 2007, Okita participated in the launch and IPO of Fukuoka REIT Corporation. He oversaw accounting, taxation and disclosure work along with capital-raising efforts in addition to being responsible for financial management and accounting and was promoted to director in 2005.
