Ariyoshi conducted sourcing, marketing surveys, property valuations and negotiations with sellers for investment real estate at Secured Capital Japan Co., Ltd. from 2005 to 2007. From 1997 to 2005 he was general manager of the sales department at DIX KUROKI, proposing more efficient use of owned real estate and selling apartment buildings. He also sold investment real estate to foreign corporations and funds.
