Ishiyama worked at the Tokyo office of JPMorgan Securities from 2000 to 2005. She engaged in such activities as safe custody trading of T-bills, Euro bonds and other instruments for domestic institutional investors, preliminary report transaction settlement and interest payment operations in foreign bond operations. She was in charge of the administration of non-recourse loans and CMBS in the Real Estate Finance Middle Office.
