Arai worked at Tokyu Corporation from 2007 to 2010 where he oversaw structured finance operations and served as a Fund Manager for the private hotel funds. Prior to 2007, he was involved in the acquisition, asset management and disposition of office, residential and retail assets at Secured Capital Japan Co., Ltd., and Capital Advisers Co., Ltd.
