More Capital Investment to Kyushu Companies
Masatoshi Matsuo who established a real estate investment company Genkai Capital Management Co., Ltd. (Fukuoka City) last May, says that his company is considering investing in Kyushu-based real estate developers. Until the present time, his company had been cautious about investing in local corporations, instead choosing commercial facilities.
He began to change his mind, however, in light of the increasing number of local developers that have performed well in the condominium development sector. As he puts it, "this means that more companies with the right know-how will engage in the business of commercial facilities."
Regardless of the significant growth potential of the real estate sector in Fukuoka, attractive facilities such as hotels and commercial buildings are in short supply. Genkai Capital Management plans to expand upon investment within Fukuoka Prefecture with more investment destinations.
