¥50 billion Genkai Capital Fund 2 Invests
Our company offers a variety of high-level real estate services including real estate investment fund management, non-recourse loan financing, liquidation advisory services, and more. Because we are a real estate investment bank based in Kyushu specializing in regional conditions, we have earned the trust of the business community, and as a result Genkai Capital Fund 1, valued at some ¥20 billion, has been virtually entirely invested.
Genkai Capital Fund 2, with assets of roughly ¥50 billion, was launched based on this performance. At present, real estate values in the Fukuoka City metropolitan area are on the rise, and Genkai Capital Management is investing to bolster value not only in office buildings, condominium buildings, and logistics warehouses, but in suburban commercial facilities as well. The company is also engaged in development, beginning with the planning stages, with a view to facilitating high value added real estate development. Working with local developers, we consider it an important mission of ours to do our part as a fund that contributes to community development.
