Renovation of the KMM building completed
Renovation of the KMM building completed
Renovation of the KMM Building, Kitakyushu’s symbolic business center building and a GCF2 investment, was completed in January 2010.
This renovation is predominantly aimed at ensuring the long-term stability of profits by:
1) improving the satisfaction level of the building’s tenants, and
2) gaining a competitive edge in attracting new tenants.
The renovation mainly consisted of renewing the entrance and shared areas on each floor, remodeling the elevators, and cleaning the exterior walls and curtain walls. (Please see below for details.)
