Investment Decision Making Process regarding Property Acquisition and Sales
A valid Investment Management Committee requires the attendance of more than half of its members and approval of a proposal requires a majority of votes. In a deal involving stakeholders, attendance of more than three quarters of committee members are required and three quarters of those attending must vote in favor of a proposal for approval.
A valid Compliance Committee requires the attendance of all of its members and approval of a proposal requires a unanimous vote.
A valid Board of Directors Meeting requires the attendance of more than half of its members and approval of a proposal requires a majority of votes.
If at any stage a proposal is deemed insufficiently examined, it will be returned to the drafter.
