In addition to our company reception in Section 1 above, complaints and disputes related to the financial instruments and exchange business (including Type II Financial Instruments and Exchange, investment advisory services, investment operations, and other related services) may also be resolved through the following organization.

*FINMAC provides services for complaint handling and dispute resolution measures for matters (i) related to our company’s investment advisory services and investment operations under delegation from the Japan Investment Advisers Association (1-5-8 Nihombashi Kayaba-cho, Chuo Ward, Tokyo), and (ii) related to our company’s Type II financial instruments business under delegation from the Type II Financial Instruments Firms Association (2-11-2 Nihombashi, Chuo Ward, Tokyo), both of which we are a member of.

 

 

3. Complaint Handling and Dispute Resolution Measures Related to the Moneylending Business

In addition to our company reception in Section 1 above, complaint and dispute resolution related to the moneylending business may also be resolved through the following organization.
