Nozaki joined GENKAI Capital Management in April 2023 and is engaged in asset management at GENKAI’s head office in Fukuoka.
Nozaki is an alumni of GENKAI as he spent 8 years (from 2007 to 2015) at GENKAI mainly in charge of acquisition of healthcare assets, acquisition for private fund business and asset management of commercial properties in Kyushu/Okinawa area. After once leaving GENKAI, he started his own business of brokerage and consulting services for real estate transactions and advisory services for real estate development, M&A and business succession.
Nozaki started his career at MORIMOTO Co., Ltd. a notable condominium developer in 2004 where he was engaged in acquisition business of land for condominiums after graduating from Nagasaki University.
