Saito joined GENKAI Capital Management in 2024 and is responsible for asset management. Before joining GENKAI Capital Management, he worked at Global Alliance Realty Co., Ltd. where he was engaged in asset management for real estate assets owned by J-REIT as well as promotion of ESG business. Prior to that he was involved in property management business for large scale office buildings as well as planning and launching of new business at Mitsui Fudosan Building Management Co., Ltd.
